The Colorado Springs Quilt Guild is a non-profit organization that has been in existence for the past twenty years. From inception the membership has focused on a specific set of goals:
Members do not need to be quilters or quilt makers. We encourage anyone with an appreciation of the quilting arts to come and join in the fun.
The Colorado Springs Quilt Guild (CSQG) was founded in 1997 by a small group of women sharing a common interest in quilting. What began as a "Quilting Bee" has grown into a large non-profit organization of 100 + members. We promote the appreciation of fine quilts and encourage growth of knowledge with different techniques brought to us by our guest speakers and teachers.
Many of our programs feature nationally recognized quilt teachers and speakers; a $5.00 guest fee is required for all meetings. We also include other general activities such as a monthly raffle, door prizes, secret pals, show-n-tell, put-n-take, yearly auction, and much more. Check out our bylaws for more information.
