What to Expect

The 2026 committee will be available at the Fall Retreat table at each Guild meeting to answer questions and take sign-ups and payments. You can also contact the retreat committee directly.

The Fall Retreat is a time to gather with other quilters at a beautiful location and sew for the whole weekend.

The Fall Retreat will be held at The Hideaway Inn and Conference Center in Black Forest. There are 4 sewing rooms and 22 bedrooms with 2 to 4 twin beds and a bathroom in each room. There are also multiple hot tubs available for use!

  • Check-In: Friday, September 18th @ 3:00 pm (no early arrivals)

  • Check Out: Sunday, Septembert 20th @ 10:00 am (sew until 3:00 pm)

❋ Dates

The total cost is $320.
This covers 2 nights of lodging, 4 meals (Friday & Saturday dinner, and Saturday & Sunday late breakfast), bed linens, towels, and lots of fun activities and prizes!

  • The registration fee can be paid in 2 installments of $100 and a 3rd installment of $120.

  • All payments are due at the August 2026 meeting.

  • Pay your first installment as soon as the March 2026 meeting to secure your spot!

  • Refunds will only be available if your spot can be filled by someone on the waiting list.

There are a total of 50 guest reservations available.

Registration is open to guild members first and will open to non-guild members if there are vacancies still available in June. A waitlist will start when all 50 spots are secured with a deposit.
